Your personal risks
We look at how you use your phone, computer, banking services and messages, then decide what to focus on first.
Personal protection from phone and online scams
We help you use your phone, computer, banking services and WhatsApp with confidence — and spot scammers in time.
When a stranger rushes you, frightens you or asks you to transfer money, what matters most is a clear plan and someone you can ask before making the transfer.
First meeting — 30 minutes free of charge. You are welcome to bring someone close to you.

A phone can be secure while its owner still faces pressure. That is why we prepare both your devices and you for real situations.
What is included
The program is tailored to your devices, habits and the situations you actually encounter.
We look at how you use your phone, computer, banking services and messages, then decide what to focus on first.
At your own pace, we work through the skills you need: settings, apps, messages, links, passwords and updates.
We review your phone and computer settings, account access, backups and suitable security tools.
We cover what information to keep private, how to verify requests for money and where to turn if you suspect a scam.
We rehearse a call “from the bank”, a message “from a relative”, or a request to share a code or install software. We practise pausing and checking.
We prepare for fear, urgency and manipulation, and build a simple habit: pause, end the conversation and verify the information independently.
As part of ongoing support, you can contact us before transferring money, sharing a code, opening a link or giving someone access to your device.
In practice
A caller claims to work for your bank. They say your money is “at risk” and ask you to share a code or install an app immediately.
At that moment, a working phone and antivirus cannot replace the ability to pause. We practise in advance what to say, how to end the contact and where to verify the information.
How we work together
A free, 30-minute meeting to discuss your needs, devices and everyday situations. Together, we decide which approach suits you.
We strengthen your phone and computer security, review your digital habits and practise responding to scam scenarios.
If something seems suspicious, you can message or call before taking action. We agree on the support format and hours in advance.
Pricing
We discuss the scope after our first meeting. The setup cost depends on the number of devices and sessions needed.
30 minutes to get acquainted, answer your questions and make an initial risk assessment.
Device security, digital skills, personal safety rules and scenario practice. We agree on the exact price before work begins.
Questions by phone and WhatsApp, including before a potentially risky action. Response times and the scope of support are agreed separately.
No program can guarantee complete protection from scams. The aim is to reduce risks and help you make calm, informed decisions.
